이용약관

본 이용약관(이하 "약관")은 CamCon(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 서비스 운영자와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 이용 조건 및 절차 등을 규정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다. 이용자가 서비스를 설치·실행하거나 계정으로 로그인하는 경우 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 운영자가 제공하는 CamCon 모바일 애플리케이션 및 이에 부수하는 제반 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 운영자와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

본 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.

"서비스"란 안드로이드 기기에서 카메라를 원격 제어·촬영하고 수신한 이미지를 기기 내에서 처리·저장할 수 있도록 운영자가 제공하는 CamCon 애플리케이션 및 관련 제반 서비스를 말합니다.
"운영자"란 서비스를 제공·운영하는 김태환(개인 개발자이며, 개인정보처리방침상 "개발자"와 동일한 주체입니다)을 말합니다. 연락처는 ppp5544@gmail.com 입니다.
"이용자"란 본 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
"계정"이란 이용자를 식별하기 위하여 Google 로그인을 통해 생성·연동되는 정보를 말합니다.
"구독"이란 운영자가 유료로 제공하는 경우, 특정 등급(예: PRO)의 기능을 이용할 수 있는 이용권을 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 게시와 개정)

운영자는 본 약관을 이용자가 확인할 수 있도록 서비스 화면 또는 운영자가 지정한 웹페이지에 게시합니다.

운영자는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 적용일자 및 개정사유를 명시하여 적용일자 7일 전부터 공지합니다. 다만 이용자에게 불리하거나 중대한 변경의 경우에는 적용일자 30일 전부터 공지합니다.

이용자가 개정 약관의 적용일 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 개정 약관에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 서비스 이용을 중단하고 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (서비스의 내용)

서비스는 다음 각 호의 기능을 제공합니다.

DSLR/미러리스 카메라를 안드로이드 기기와 USB 또는 Wi-Fi로 연결하여 수행하는 원격 제어, 촬영, 라이브뷰, 타임랩스 등 카메라 제어 기능
연결된 카메라에서 수신한 사진의 기기 내 저장 및 갤러리·미리보기 표시
온디바이스(기기 내) 필름 시뮬레이션 및 색감 처리 기능
계정 로그인, 구독 상태 확인, 추천(레퍼럴) 등 부가 기능

이용자가 촬영·수신한 사진, RAW 파일, 썸네일 및 미리보기 이미지는 전량 이용자의 기기 내에서만 처리되며, 운영자 또는 외부 서버로 업로드·전송되지 않습니다. 필름 시뮬레이션 등 이미지 처리 역시 기기 내에서 수행됩니다.

제5조 (이용 자격 및 기기 요건)

서비스는 다음 요건을 충족하는 기기에서 이용할 수 있습니다.

Android 10(API 29) 이상 운영체제
arm64-v8a(64비트 ARM) 아키텍처
카메라 연결을 위한 USB OTG 지원 또는 Wi-Fi(PTP/IP)를 지원하는 카메라

기기·카메라 요건을 충족하지 않는 환경에서는 서비스의 전부 또는 일부가 정상 동작하지 않을 수 있습니다.

서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 이용 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동은 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.

제6조 (계정의 생성과 관리)

이용자는 Google 로그인을 통해 계정을 생성하여 서비스를 이용합니다. 이용자는 자신의 계정 및 로그인 수단을 선량한 관리자의 주의로 관리하여야 하며, 이를 제3자에게 이용하게 하여서는 안 됩니다.

계정의 관리 소홀, 부정 사용 등으로 발생한 손해에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있으며, 운영자의 고의 또는 과실로 인한 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다.

제7조 (개인정보의 보호)

운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 관련 법령 및 운영자의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 보호하며, 개인정보의 수집·이용·제공·보관·파기 등에 관한 사항은 별도의 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.

제4조에 따라 이용자가 촬영·수신한 사진 및 이미지는 서버로 전송되지 않고 기기 내에서만 처리됩니다.

제8조 (유료 구독)

본 조 및 제9조는 운영자가 유료 구독(예: PRO 등급)을 제공하는 경우에 한하여 적용됩니다.

서비스는 무료로 제공되는 기능과 유료 구독을 통해 제공되는 기능으로 구분될 수 있습니다. 유료 구독의 등급, 제공 기능, 가격 및 이용 조건은 서비스 내 화면 및 Google Play 결제 화면에 표시되는 내용에 따릅니다.

운영자는 무료로 제공되던 기능의 일부를 사전 공지 후 유료로 전환하거나, 유료 기능의 구성을 변경할 수 있습니다. 이미 유효하게 결제된 이용권의 조건은 관련 법령이 정하는 범위에서 보호됩니다.

제9조 (결제, 자동갱신, 환불 및 청약철회)

유료 구독의 결제는 Google Play를 통해 이루어지며, 결제수단 정보(카드번호 등)는 Google이 처리하고 운영자 또는 앱이 이를 보관하지 않습니다.

자동갱신형 구독의 경우, 갱신·해지 및 결제수단 관리는 이용자의 Google Play 계정 설정을 통해 이루어집니다. 구독은 해지하지 않는 한 각 결제주기 종료 시 자동으로 갱신될 수 있습니다.

환불 및 청약철회는 Google Play의 정책과 대한민국 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령에 따릅니다. 다만 이미 이용을 개시한 디지털 콘텐츠 등 법령상 청약철회가 제한되는 경우에는 그러하지 아니할 수 있습니다.

제10조 (지식재산권)

서비스 및 이에 포함된 소프트웨어, 디자인, 상표, 로고 등에 대한 지식재산권은 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.

이용자가 서비스를 통해 촬영·생성한 사진 등 이용자의 저작물에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 귀속됩니다. 운영자는 이용자의 사진에 대한 어떠한 권리도 주장하지 않으며, 이를 서버로 수집하지 않습니다.

제11조 (필름 시뮬레이션 및 상표에 관한 고지)

서비스가 제공하는 필름 시뮬레이션 및 색감 프리셋은 실제 필름의 느낌을 참고하여 제작된 운영자의 독자적 결과물입니다.

서비스 내에서 언급될 수 있는 필름명, 브랜드명, 카메라 제조사명 등은 각 소유자의 상표 또는 상호이며, 운영자는 해당 상표권자·제조사와 제휴·후원·보증 또는 그 밖의 특별한 관계에 있지 않습니다.

제12조 (이용자의 의무 및 금지행위)

이용자는 서비스 이용과 관련하여 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

관련 법령, 본 약관 또는 운영자가 정한 이용 정책을 위반하는 행위
서비스 또는 관련 소프트웨어를 무단으로 복제, 배포, 역공학, 디컴파일하거나 파생물을 제작하는 행위. 다만, 관련 법령 또는 서비스에 포함된 오픈소스 라이선스(LGPL-2.1 등)가 허용하는 범위의 행위(해당 라이브러리의 수정 및 수정 디버깅을 위한 역분석을 포함합니다)는 예외로 합니다.
서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하거나 시스템에 부하를 유발하는 행위
타인의 계정, 기기 또는 카메라를 권한 없이 이용하는 행위

제13조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)

운영자는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나, 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 중단할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 운영자는 가능한 범위에서 사전에 공지합니다. 다만 긴급하거나 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우 사후에 공지할 수 있습니다.

제14조 (보증의 부인 및 카메라 호환성)

서비스는 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공됩니다. 운영자는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스의 상품성, 특정 목적에의 적합성, 무결성 등에 대하여 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다.

카메라와의 연결 및 제어 기능은 카메라의 기종, 펌웨어 버전, 연결 환경 등에 따라 달라질 수 있으며, 운영자는 모든 카메라 기종 및 펌웨어에서의 완전한 동작을 보장하지 않습니다.

제15조 (책임의 제한)

운영자는 천재지변, 이용자 기기 또는 카메라의 결함, 통신 환경, 제3자 서비스의 장애 등 운영자의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 발생한 손해에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.

관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 운영자는 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 간접적·부수적·특별·결과적 손해 및 데이터(사진·저장매체 등)의 손실에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해의 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다.

제16조 (계정 해지 및 데이터 삭제)

이용자는 언제든지 서비스 내 계정 삭제 기능 또는 운영자 이메일(ppp5544@gmail.com)을 통해 계정 삭제 및 이용 종료를 요청할 수 있습니다.

계정 삭제 시 처리되는 데이터의 범위와 절차, 법령상 보존 예외 등에 관한 상세는 운영자의 개인정보처리방침 및 계정 삭제 안내에 따릅니다. Google을 통한 결제·거래 기록 등 법령에 따라 보존이 요구되는 정보는 해당 보존기간 동안 예외적으로 보관될 수 있습니다.

제17조 (준거법 및 재판관할)

본 약관 및 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁에는 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 합니다.

서비스 이용과 관련하여 운영자와 이용자 간에 발생한 분쟁에 관한 소송의 관할은 「민사소송법」 등 관련 법령이 정하는 바에 따릅니다.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator of CamCon (the "Service") and its users, as well as the conditions and procedures for using the Service. By installing, running, or logging into the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Effective date: July 8, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and users in connection with the use of the CamCon mobile application and related services provided by the operator.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.

"Service" means the CamCon application and all related services provided by the operator, enabling users to remotely control and capture from a camera on an Android device and to process and store received images on the device.
"Operator" means Kim Tae Hwan, the individual developer who provides and operates the Service (the same entity as the "Developer" in the Privacy Policy). The contact is ppp5544@gmail.com.
"User" means any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
"Account" means the information created and linked through Google sign-in to identify a user.
"Subscription" means, where the operator offers paid access, an entitlement to use the features of a particular tier (e.g., PRO).

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)

The operator posts these Terms on the Service screen or on a webpage designated by the operator so that users may review them.

The operator may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws. In such cases, the operator will announce the effective date and reasons for the amendment at least 7 days before the effective date. However, for changes that are unfavorable to users or material, the announcement will be made at least 30 days in advance.

If a user continues to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. A user who does not agree may stop using the Service and request account deletion.

Article 4 (Content of the Service)

The Service provides the following features.

Camera control features such as remote control, capture, live view, and time-lapse performed by connecting a DSLR/mirrorless camera to an Android device via USB or Wi-Fi
On-device storage of photos received from a connected camera and their display in the gallery/preview
On-device film simulation and color processing
Additional features such as account sign-in, subscription status, and referrals

Photos, RAW files, thumbnails, and preview images captured or received by the user are processed solely on the user's device and are not uploaded or transmitted to the operator or any external server. Image processing, including film simulation, is likewise performed on the device.

Article 5 (Eligibility and Device Requirements)

The Service may be used on devices meeting the following requirements.

Android 10 (API 29) or later operating system
arm64-v8a (64-bit ARM) architecture
USB OTG support, or a camera supporting Wi-Fi (PTP/IP), for camera connection

In environments that do not meet the device/camera requirements, all or part of the Service may not function properly.

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 14, and children under 14 may not use the Service.

Article 6 (Creation and Management of Account)

Users create an account and use the Service through Google sign-in. Users must manage their account and sign-in credentials with the care of a prudent manager and must not allow any third party to use them.

Users are responsible for damages arising from negligent management or unauthorized use of their account, except where such damages result from the operator's intent or fault.

Article 7 (Protection of Personal Information)

The operator protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws and the operator's Privacy Policy. Matters concerning the collection, use, provision, retention, and destruction of personal information are governed by a separate Privacy Policy.

As provided in Article 4, photos and images captured or received by users are not transmitted to any server and are processed only on the device.

Article 8 (Paid Subscription)

This Article and Article 9 apply only where the operator offers a paid subscription (e.g., the PRO tier).

The Service may be divided into features provided free of charge and features provided through a paid subscription. The tiers, features, prices, and conditions of a paid subscription are governed by the information displayed on the Service screen and on the Google Play payment screen.

The operator may, upon prior notice, convert certain features previously offered free of charge to paid features, or change the composition of paid features. The conditions of entitlements already validly purchased are protected to the extent provided by applicable laws.

Article 9 (Payment, Auto-renewal, Refund, and Withdrawal)

Payment for a paid subscription is processed through Google Play, and payment method information (such as card numbers) is handled by Google and is not stored by the operator or the app.

For auto-renewing subscriptions, renewal, cancellation, and management of payment methods are performed through the user's Google Play account settings. Unless cancelled, a subscription may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

Refunds and withdrawal of subscription are subject to Google Play's policies and applicable laws, including the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. However, this may not apply where withdrawal is restricted by law, such as for digital content for which use has already commenced.

Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Intellectual property rights in the Service and in the software, designs, trademarks, and logos included therein belong to the operator or the rightful holders.

Rights to works created by the user through the Service, such as photographs, belong to the user. The operator claims no rights to users' photographs and does not collect them on any server.

Article 11 (Notice Regarding Film Simulation and Trademarks)

The film simulations and color presets provided by the Service are the operator's independent creations produced with reference to the look of actual film.

Any film names, brand names, or camera manufacturer names that may be mentioned within the Service are trademarks or trade names of their respective owners, and the operator has no affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or other special relationship with such trademark owners or manufacturers.

Article 12 (User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct in connection with the use of the Service.

Violating applicable laws, these Terms, or the usage policies established by the operator
Reproducing, distributing, reverse-engineering, or decompiling the Service or related software without authorization, or creating derivative works therefrom; provided, however, that acts permitted by applicable law or by the open-source licenses included in the Service (such as LGPL-2.1, including reverse engineering for debugging modifications to the covered libraries) are excepted.
Interfering with the normal operation of the Service or imposing an excessive load on its systems
Using another person's account, device, or camera without authorization

Article 13 (Change and Suspension of the Service)

The operator may change the content of the Service, or suspend all or part of the Service as necessary for operational or technical reasons. In such cases, the operator will provide prior notice to the extent possible, provided that notice may be given afterward in urgent or unavoidable circumstances.

Article 14 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Camera Compatibility)

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the operator makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or integrity of the Service.

Connection to and control of cameras may vary depending on the camera model, firmware version, and connection environment, and the operator does not guarantee full functionality on all camera models and firmware.

Article 15 (Limitation of Liability)

The operator is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond the operator's reasonable control, such as force majeure, defects in the user's device or camera, communication environments, or failures of third-party services.

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data (such as photos or storage media), arising in connection with the use of the Service. However, this does not apply to damages caused by the operator's intent or gross negligence.

Article 16 (Account Termination and Data Deletion)

Users may at any time request account deletion and termination of use through the in-app account deletion feature or by emailing the operator at ppp5544@gmail.com.

The scope and procedures of data processed upon account deletion, and any statutory retention exceptions, are governed by the operator's Privacy Policy and account deletion guidance. Information for which retention is required by law, such as payment and transaction records through Google, may be exceptionally retained for the applicable retention period.

Article 17 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms and any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Jurisdiction over any lawsuit relating to a dispute between the operator and a user in connection with the use of the Service shall be determined in accordance with the applicable laws, including the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
