퍼스트 리포터 이벤트 안내 및 약관

본 약관은 CamCon(이하 "서비스")의 운영자(이하 "운영자")가 진행하는 "퍼스트 리포터 이벤트"(이하 "이벤트")의 참여 조건과 혜택의 내용, 유지·소멸 조건을 정합니다. 이벤트 혜택은 앱 안의 동의 화면에서 본 약관에 동의한 이용자에게만 제공됩니다.

제1조 (이벤트 내용)

특정 카메라 기종을 특정 연결 방식(USB 또는 Wi-Fi)으로 서비스에 처음 연결해 등재한 이용자(이하 "퍼스트 리포터")에게, 운영자는 감사의 뜻으로 PRO 등급과 동일한 기능 이용권(이하 "혜택")을 무상으로 제공합니다. 혜택은 별도 코드 입력 없이 본 약관에 동의한 즉시 해당 계정에 적용됩니다.

제2조 (대상과 횟수)

혜택은 계정당 1회만 제공됩니다. 여러 기종을 처음 등재하더라도 혜택은 한 번입니다.
최초 등재로 혜택 안내 대상이 되는 시점에 무료 등급이 아닌 계정(유료 구독 중, 다른 추천 혜택 적용 중, 관리자)은 제공 대상에서 제외되며, 이후 등급이 바뀌더라도 소급하여 제공하지 않습니다.
"처음 연결"의 판정은 운영자 서버의 기록을 기준으로 하며, 이 기능이 도입되기 전에 이미 목록에 있던 기종은 최초 등재자를 알 수 없어 대상이 되지 않습니다.

제3조 (유지 조건과 자동 소멸)

로그인 상태로 CamCon 앱을 마지막으로 실행한 날부터 90일(약 3개월) 동안 앱을 실행하지 않으면 혜택은 자동으로 소멸하며, 계정은 무료 등급으로 돌아갑니다.
앱을 실행할 때마다 기한이 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 별도의 갱신 절차는 없습니다.
소멸된 혜택은 복구하지 않으며, 같은 계정에 다시 제공하지 않습니다.

제4조 (제공 기간과 종료)

혜택은 운영자가 서비스를 운영하는 동안 제공됩니다. 서비스가 중단·종료·양도되거나 운영자가 이벤트를 변경·조기 종료하는 경우, 혜택은 사전 통지 없이 종료될 수 있습니다. 이 경우 금전 보상이나 환불은 없습니다.

제5조 (유료 구독과의 관계)

혜택 적용 중 유료 구독을 구매하면 유료 구독이 우선 적용되고 혜택은 대체됩니다. 유료 구독이 끝나더라도 대체된 혜택은 되살아나지 않습니다.

제6조 (양도·환금 금지)

혜택은 타인에게 양도하거나 현금·다른 재화로 바꿀 수 없습니다.

제7조 (취소)

허위·조작된 기종 정보로 등재하는 등 부정한 방법으로 혜택을 받은 경우, 운영자는 사전 통지 없이 혜택을 취소하고 계정을 무료 등급으로 되돌릴 수 있습니다.

제8조 (개인정보)

혜택의 제공·유지를 위해 계정 식별자(UID), 최초 등재한 기종과 연결 방식, 동의 시각과 약관 버전, 마지막 앱 실행 시각을 처리하며, 계정 삭제 시 함께 파기합니다. 그 밖의 사항은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

제9조 (약관 변경)

운영자는 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 홈페이지(camcon.inik.kr)에 게시한 날부터 효력이 있습니다. 변경 후 혜택을 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제10조 (일반)

First Reporter Event Terms

These terms set out the eligibility, benefit, and maintenance/expiry conditions of the "First Reporter Event" (the "Event") run by the operator of CamCon (the "Operator"). The benefit is granted only to users who agree to these terms on the consent screen inside the app.

Article 1 (The Event)

A user who is the first to connect and register a specific camera model via a specific connection method (USB or Wi-Fi) in the Service (a "First Reporter") receives, as a token of appreciation, a free entitlement equivalent to the PRO tier (the "Benefit"). No code entry is required; the Benefit is applied to the account immediately upon agreeing to these terms.

Article 2 (Eligibility and Limit)

The Benefit is granted once per account. Registering several models first does not grant it more than once.
Accounts that are not on the free tier at the time they become eligible for the Benefit notice through a first registration (an active paid subscription, another referral benefit, or an administrator account) are excluded, and the Benefit is not granted retroactively if the tier later changes.
"First connection" is determined by the Operator's server records. Models that were already listed before this feature was introduced have no known first reporter and are not eligible.

Article 3 (Maintenance and Automatic Expiry)

If you do not launch the CamCon app while signed in for 90 days (about three months) from your last launch, the Benefit expires automatically and the account returns to the free tier.
Each launch of the app renews the deadline automatically. No separate renewal step is required.
An expired Benefit is not restored and is not granted again to the same account.

Article 4 (Duration and Termination)

The Benefit is provided for as long as the Operator runs the Service. If the Service is suspended, discontinued, or transferred, or if the Operator changes or ends the Event early, the Benefit may end without prior notice. No monetary compensation or refund is provided in that case.

Article 5 (Relationship to Paid Subscriptions)

If you purchase a paid subscription while the Benefit is active, the paid subscription takes precedence and replaces the Benefit. The replaced Benefit is not revived when the paid subscription ends.

Article 6 (No Transfer or Cash Value)

The Benefit cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash or any other goods.

Article 7 (Revocation)

If the Benefit was obtained by improper means, such as registering false or manipulated camera information, the Operator may revoke it without prior notice and return the account to the free tier.

Article 8 (Personal Data)

To grant and maintain the Benefit, the account identifier (UID), the first-registered model and connection method, the time and version of consent, and the time of the last app launch are processed, and they are deleted together with the account. All other matters follow the Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Changes to These Terms)

The Operator may change these terms. Changed terms take effect on the day they are posted on the website (camcon.inik.kr). Continuing to use the Benefit after a change constitutes agreement to it.
