계정·데이터 삭제 요청

CamCon(이하 "본 앱")은 이용자가 자신의 계정과 개인정보의 삭제를 요청할 수 있도록 아래 방법을 안내합니다. 본 안내는 Google Play의 계정·데이터 삭제 요청 정책을 따릅니다.
1. 앱에서 직접 계정 삭제하기
본 앱에 로그인할 수 있는 경우, 앱 안에서 직접 계정과 관련 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 본 앱을 실행하고 Google 계정으로 로그인합니다.
- 설정(Settings) 화면을 엽니다.
- 계정 영역에서 계정 삭제(Delete account)를 선택하고, 안내 창에서 계속을 선택합니다.
- 확인 창의 입력란에 DELETE를 입력한 뒤 삭제를 확정합니다.
삭제를 확정하면 로그인 계정이 즉시 해지되며, 계정과 연계된 서버 측 데이터(구독·레퍼럴 등)를 포함해 아래 3항에 명시된 데이터가 요청 즉시(지체 없이) 삭제 절차에 따라 처리됩니다.
2. 앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우(이메일 요청)
기기 분실, 로그인 불가 등으로 앱에서 직접 삭제할 수 없는 경우, 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
본인 확인을 위해 가입에 사용한 이메일 주소로 요청해 주시기 바랍니다. 필요한 경우 본인 확인을 위한 추가 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다.
3. 삭제되는 데이터 범위
계정 삭제 시 본 앱이 보관하는 다음 개인정보가 삭제됩니다.

참고: 위 '이용 기록' 중 분석 도구가 자동 수집한 익명·집계 형태의 이용·진단 데이터는 특정 계정에 귀속되지 않아 개별 삭제가 불가능할 수 있으며, 이 경우 아래 5항의 예외를 따릅니다.
참고: 촬영한 사진·RAW·미리보기 이미지는 본래 서버에 업로드·저장되지 않고 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 따라서 이러한 이미지는 계정 삭제 대상에 포함되지 않으며, 이용자가 기기에서 직접 관리·삭제하셔야 합니다.
4. 처리 기한
삭제 요청은 접수 후 요청 즉시(지체 없이) 처리됩니다. 처리가 완료되면 위 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.
5. 즉시 삭제되지 않거나 일정 기간 보존되는 정보
다음 정보는 관계 법령 또는 외부 서비스 정책에 따라 즉시 삭제되지 않고 일정 기간 보존될 수 있습니다.
- 결제·거래 기록: 구독 결제는 Google Play를 통해 처리되며, 결제·거래 기록은 Google이 보유합니다. 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 관계 법령에 따라 다음 기간(계약·청약철회 기록 5년, 대금결제·재화공급 기록 5년, 소비자 불만·분쟁처리 기록 3년) 동안 보존될 수 있습니다.
- 통계 정보: 개인을 식별할 수 없도록 이미 집계·익명화된 이용 통계는 특정 계정에 귀속되지 않아 삭제 대상에 포함되지 않을 수 있습니다.
Google 계정 자체 및 Google이 보유한 데이터의 삭제는 Google 계정 설정을 통해 별도로 관리하셔야 합니다.

Account & Data Deletion

CamCon ("the App") provides the following ways for you to request deletion of your account and personal data. This guide follows Google Play's account and data deletion request policy.
1. Delete Your Account Within the App
If you can sign in to the App, you can delete your account and associated data directly inside the App.
- Open the App and sign in with your Google account.
- Open the Settings screen.
- In the account area, select Delete account, then choose Continue on the notice dialog.
- Type DELETE in the input field of the confirmation dialog and confirm the deletion.
Once confirmed, your sign-in account is immediately revoked, and the data listed in Section 3, including server-side data associated with the account (such as subscription and referral data), is processed for deletion immediately (without undue delay).
2. If You Cannot Use the App (Request by Email)
If you cannot delete your account within the App (for example, a lost device or an inability to sign in), you may request deletion by email.

Please send the request from the email address used at sign-up so we can verify your identity. We may request additional information to confirm your identity if necessary.
3. Scope of Data to Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following personal data held by the App is deleted.

Note: Among the "Usage records" above, anonymous, aggregated usage/diagnostic data automatically collected by the analytics tool is not attributable to a specific account and therefore may not be individually deletable; in that case, the exception in Section 5 applies.
Note: Photos, RAW files, and preview images you capture are never uploaded to or stored on any server; they remain only on your device. Such images are therefore not part of account deletion and must be managed and deleted by you on your device.
4. Processing Period
Deletion requests are processed immediately (without undue delay) after they are received. Once processing is complete, the data above cannot be recovered.
5. Information Not Deleted Immediately or Retained for a Period
The following information may not be deleted immediately and may be retained for a period in accordance with applicable law or third-party service policies.
- Payment and transaction records: Subscription payments are processed through Google Play, and payment and transaction records are held by Google. They may be retained for the periods required by applicable law (contract or subscription-withdrawal records: 5 years; payment and supply records: 5 years; consumer complaint or dispute records: 3 years) under applicable laws, such as consumer protection laws governing e-commerce.
- Statistical information: Usage statistics that have already been aggregated and anonymized so that individuals cannot be identified are not attributable to a specific account and may not be subject to deletion.
Deletion of your Google account itself and of data held by Google must be managed separately through your Google account settings.
