개인정보처리방침

시행일: 2026-07-08

본 개인정보처리방침은 모바일 애플리케이션 CamCon(이하 "앱")을 제공하는 개발자(이하 "개발자")가 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관계 법령을 준수하고, 이용자의 개인정보를 어떻게 수집·이용·보관·파기하는지를 투명하게 안내하기 위하여 마련되었습니다. 본 방침에서 "개발자"는 이용약관상 "운영자"와 동일한 주체(연락처 ppp5544@gmail.com)를 말합니다. 개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 이용자가 앱을 통해 촬영·수신한 사진, RAW 파일, 썸네일 및 미리보기 이미지는 오직 이용자의 기기 안에서만 처리되고 개발자나 외부 서버로 업로드·전송되지 않습니다.

본 방침의 시행일은 2026년 7월 8일입니다.

제1조 (수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 방법)

앱은 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 개인정보만을 수집합니다. 수집 항목과 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

1. 계정 정보 (Google 로그인 시)

이메일 주소
표시 이름(닉네임)
프로필 사진 URL
Google 계정 고유 식별자(UID)

이용자가 Google 계정으로 로그인할 때 인증 기능을 통해 수집됩니다.

또한 계정 유지·관리를 위해 마지막 로그인 시각, 계정 활성 상태, 누적 추천 수가 함께 저장됩니다. 다만 이용자의 기기 모델·운영체제(OS) 버전·앱 버전 등 기기 상세 정보는 이용자 프로필에 저장하지 않습니다.

2. 구독 및 이용권 정보

구독 등급(예: FREE, PRO 등)
구독·구매 상태 및 생성 시각

결제 처리는 Google Play 결제 시스템이 수행하며, 카드번호 등 이용자의 결제수단 정보는 앱에 저장·보관되지 않습니다.

3. 추천(레퍼럴) 정보

추천 코드 및 코드 생성 시각
추천 관계 정보(추천인/피추천인 식별값)

이용자가 추천 기능을 이용하는 경우에 한하여 수집·저장됩니다.

4. 자동 수집 진단·이용 정보

앱 사용 로그, 기기 정보, 앱 오류(크래시) 정보 등 분석 도구가 자동으로 수집하는 표준 정보

앱 이용 과정에서 분석 기능(Firebase Analytics)에 의해 자동으로 수집됩니다. 앱이 별도의 맞춤형 이벤트를 직접 기록하지는 않으며, 분석 도구의 표준 자동 수집 항목에 한정됩니다. 자동 수집의 거부 방법은 제5조를 참조하십시오.

5. 알림 관련

앱에는 클라우드 메시징(Firebase Cloud Messaging) SDK가 포함되어 있으나, 앱이 표시하는 알림은 대부분 테더링·사진 수신 상태를 알리는 앱 자체 생성(로컬) 알림입니다. 현재 앱은 원격 알림 발송을 위한 토큰을 능동적으로 수집·서버에 등록하지 않습니다.

6. 카메라 기종 최초 등재 기록

이메일 주소 및 계정 고유 식별자(UID)
등재된 카메라 기종명, 연결 방식(USB 또는 Wi-Fi), 등재 시각

홈페이지의 "사용 확인됨" 목록에 아직 없던 카메라 기종을 이용자가 처음으로 연결에 성공한 경우에 한하여, 해당 기종당 1건만 저장됩니다. 같은 기종을 나중에 연결한 다른 이용자의 정보는 저장되지 않으며, 기능 도입 이전부터 목록에 있던 기종에 대해서는 아무런 기록도 생성되지 않습니다. 홈페이지에 공개되는 "사용 확인됨" 목록은 기종명과 연결 방식만 표시하며, 이용자의 이메일·식별자는 어떠한 경우에도 공개되지 않습니다.

제2조 (개인정보의 수집·이용 목적)

제3조 (기기 내 처리 원칙: 사진·이미지 비전송)

앱은 카메라 테더링·무선 촬영 앱의 특성상 다량의 사진과 이미지를 다루지만, 다음 데이터는 어떠한 경우에도 개발자나 외부 서버로 전송·업로드되지 않으며 전적으로 이용자의 기기 내에서만 처리됩니다.

앱은 이미지 저장을 위한 클라우드 스토리지에 의존하지 않으며, 사진을 서버로 올리는 기능이 존재하지 않습니다.

제4조 (앱 권한과 이용 목적)

앱은 아래 권한을 각 목적 범위 내에서만 사용합니다.

위치(정밀/대략): 오직 주변 Wi-Fi 검색을 통한 카메라 무선 탐색에만 사용됩니다. 이는 Android가 Wi-Fi 스캔에 위치 권한을 요구하기 때문이며, GPS를 통한 실시간 위치 추적이 아니고 위치 정보를 저장·전송하지 않습니다.
Wi-Fi/네트워크 상태 및 변경: 카메라 무선(PTP/IP) 연결 및 검색.
미디어/저장소(이미지 읽기): 수신한 사진의 기기 저장 및 갤러리 표시.
포그라운드 서비스, 배터리 최적화 제외 요청, WAKE_LOCK: 테더링 중 백그라운드에서 사진을 끊김 없이 수신.
부팅 완료 수신: 자동 재연결.
인터넷: 무선 연결 및 서비스(인증·구독 등) 통신.
진동: 알림 표시.
활동 인식, Google 서비스 프레임워크 접근: 해당 권한은 Google Play 서비스 연동을 위해 선언되어 있으나, 앱은 이용자의 활동·움직임 정보를 자체적으로 수집·이용·전송하지 않습니다.

제5조 (자동 수집 정보와 그 거부 방법)

앱은 분석 도구(Firebase Analytics)를 통해 앱 사용 로그, 기기 정보, 앱 오류(크래시) 등 진단·이용 정보를 표준 방식으로 자동 수집합니다. 앱은 별도의 맞춤형 이벤트를 직접 기록하지 않습니다.

앱 자체에는 분석 수집을 끄는 별도 설정이 없으며, 이용자는 다음과 같이 기기·운영체제(OS) 차원의 방법으로 자동 수집을 거부하거나 제한할 수 있습니다.

기기 설정에서 광고 ID(광고 식별자)를 재설정하거나 맞춤형 광고를 제한
앱을 삭제(제거)하여 이후의 자동 수집을 중지

제6조 (개인정보의 보유·이용 기간 및 파기)

개발자는 원칙적으로 개인정보의 수집·이용 목적이 달성되면 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.

계정 정보 및 구독·레퍼럴 정보: 회원 탈퇴 또는 계정·데이터 삭제 요청 시까지 보유하며, 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.
카메라 기종 최초 등재 기록: 회원 탈퇴 또는 계정·데이터 삭제 요청 시까지 보유하며, 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 파기 후 해당 기종은 최초 등재자 없는 상태로 남습니다.
자동 수집 진단·이용 정보: 분석 도구의 표준 보존정책에 따라 처리되며, 특정 계정 식별자에 직접 연결되지 않을 수 있습니다.
관계 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보존이 필요한 경우, 해당 정보는 분리 보관 후 다음 기간(계약·청약철회 기록 5년, 대금결제·재화공급 기록 5년, 소비자 불만·분쟁처리 기록 3년) 동안 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.

전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구·재생이 불가능한 방법으로 삭제합니다.

제7조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공)

개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 앱은 외부 광고 SDK 또는 데이터 브로커를 사용하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 근거가 있거나 수사기관이 적법한 절차에 따라 요청하는 경우 등 관계 법령이 허용하는 예외적인 경우에 한하여 제공될 수 있습니다.

제8조 (개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 결제 처리)

개발자는 서비스 제공을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하고 있습니다.

Google LLC / Firebase
- 인증(Auth): 로그인 및 회원 식별
- 데이터베이스(Cloud Firestore): 구독·레퍼럴 등 데이터 저장
- 분석(Analytics): 이용 통계 및 오류 진단
- 서버리스 함수(Cloud Functions, 리전: 서울/asia-northeast3): 구독 검증 등 서버 처리

아래 항목은 통상적인 개인정보 처리 위탁과 성격이 다르므로 구분하여 안내합니다.

클라우드 메시징(Firebase Cloud Messaging) SDK: 앱에 알림 관련 SDK가 포함되어 있으나, 현재 앱은 원격 알림을 위한 토큰 등 개인정보를 능동적으로 수집·전송하지 않습니다(제1조 5항 참조).
Google Play 결제(Billing): 구독 결제는 Google Play가 독립적으로 처리하며, 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보는 Google이 처리하고 앱은 이를 전달받거나 보관하지 않습니다.

제9조 (개인정보의 국외 이전)

위 위탁에 따라, 개인정보가 Google 인프라에서 처리되는 과정에서 일부 데이터가 국외(미국 등 Google이 운영하는 리전 포함)에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 「개인정보 보호법」에 따른 국외 이전 관련 사항은 다음과 같습니다.

이전받는 자의 이용 목적: 인증, 데이터 저장, 분석, 서버 처리 등 본 방침에 명시된 서비스 제공
이전받는 자의 보유·이용 기간: 본 방침 제6조의 보유·이용 기간에 준하며, 위탁 목적 달성 또는 위탁 계약 종료 시까지

이용자는 개인정보의 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있습니다. 거부를 원하는 경우 아래 문의처(ppp5544@gmail.com)로 요청하거나 서비스 이용을 중단(회원 탈퇴)할 수 있으며, 다만 국외 이전을 거부하는 경우 인증·저장 등 서비스의 전부 또는 일부 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

제10조 (정보주체의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법)

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 계정 설정 또는 아래 문의처(이메일 ppp5544@gmail.com)를 통해 요청할 수 있으며, 개발자는 관계 법령이 정한 기간 내에 지체 없이 조치합니다.

유럽경제지역(EEA) 등에 거주하는 이용자는 「일반 개인정보 보호법(GDPR)」에 따라 개인정보에 대한 접근, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한, 이동, 반대(이의제기)의 권리를 가질 수 있으며, 동일한 문의처를 통해 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

제11조 (계정 및 데이터 삭제)

이용자는 앱 내 설정 화면의 "계정 삭제" 기능을 통해 계정과 관련 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱을 실행할 수 없는 경우, 이메일(ppp5544@gmail.com)로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 삭제 요청 시 계정 정보(이메일·UID·표시 이름·프로필 사진 URL), 구독 상태, 레퍼럴 데이터, 카메라 기종 최초 등재 기록, 그리고 앱이 계정과 연계하여 보관하는 식별 가능한 이용 로그가 삭제 대상이며, 개발자는 요청 즉시(지체 없이) 처리합니다.

다만 다음 정보는 예외적으로 즉시 삭제되지 않거나 일정 기간 보존될 수 있습니다.

분석 도구가 자동 수집한 익명·집계 형태의 이용·진단 데이터는 특정 계정에 귀속되지 않아 개별 삭제가 불가능할 수 있습니다.
Google 결제·거래 기록 등 관계 법령에 따라 보존이 요구되는 정보는 해당 기간 동안 예외적으로 보관될 수 있습니다.

제12조 (개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치)

개발자는 개인정보의 안전한 처리를 위하여 다음과 같은 조치를 시행합니다.

전송 구간 암호화: 서버와의 통신은 TLS 등 암호화된 통신 구간을 통해 이루어집니다.
접근 권한의 최소화 및 통제: 개인정보에 접근할 수 있는 권한을 업무상 필요한 최소한으로 제한하고, 관리자 인증을 통해 접근을 통제합니다.
보안 인프라 활용: 인증·저장·통신에 Google/Firebase의 관리형 보안 인프라를 활용합니다.
수집 최소화: 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 항목만 수집합니다.
온디바이스 처리: 사진 및 이미지를 기기 내에서만 처리(외부 미전송)하여 민감 데이터의 노출 위험을 최소화합니다.

제13조 (만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보)

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실이 확인되는 경우 지체 없이 파기합니다.

제14조 (권익침해 구제 방법)

이용자는 개인정보 침해로 인한 상담 및 피해 구제를 위하여 아래 기관에 문의할 수 있습니다.

아래 표는 앱이 수집·처리하는 데이터 유형을 Google Play 데이터 보안 항목과 대응하여 정리한 것입니다. 표에서 "제3자 공유"는 판매·광고 목적의 독립적 제3자 제공을 의미하며, Google/Firebase는 개발자를 대신해 처리하는 수탁자입니다.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-07-08

This Privacy Policy explains how the developer (the "Developer") of the mobile application CamCon (the "App") collects, uses, retains, and deletes users' personal data, in accordance with applicable laws including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. In this Policy, the "Developer" refers to the same entity as the "Operator" in the Terms of Service (contact: ppp5544@gmail.com). The Developer values users' privacy: photos, RAW files, thumbnails, and preview images captured or received through the App are processed solely on the user's device and are never uploaded or transmitted to the Developer or any external server.

This Policy is effective as of July 8, 2026.

1. Personal Data We Collect and How

The App collects only the minimum personal data necessary to provide its service.

1) Account information (via Google Sign-In)

Google account unique identifier (UID)

Collected through the authentication process when a user signs in with a Google account.

In addition, the last sign-in time, account active status, and total referral count are stored to maintain the account. However, device details such as your device model, OS version, and app version are not stored in your user profile.

2) Subscription and entitlement information

Subscription tier (e.g., FREE, PRO)
Subscription/purchase status and creation timestamp

Payments are processed by Google Play Billing. Payment method details such as card numbers are not stored or retained by the App.

3) Referral information

Referral code and its creation timestamp
Referral relationship identifiers (referrer/referred)

Collected only when a user uses the referral feature.

4) Automatically collected diagnostic/usage information

Standard information automatically collected by the analytics tool, such as app usage logs, device information, and crash reports

Automatically collected by the analytics tool (Firebase Analytics) during app use. The App does not log custom events; only the analytics tool's standard automatic collection applies. For how to opt out of automatic collection, see Section 5.

5) Notifications

The App includes the Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) SDK, but the notifications it displays are mostly locally generated by the App to indicate tethering and photo-reception status. The App does not currently actively collect or register push tokens for remote messaging.

6) First-listing record for a camera model

Email address and account identifier (UID)
The camera model listed, the connection method (USB or Wi-Fi), and the time of listing

This is stored only when a user is the first to successfully connect a camera model that was not yet on the website's "Verified in use" list, and only one record is kept per model. Information about other users who later connect the same model is not stored, and no record is created for models that were already listed before this feature was introduced. The public "Verified in use" list shows only the model name and connection method; users' email addresses and identifiers are never published.

2. Purposes of Collection and Use

Member identification, sign-in, and account maintenance
Management of subscription/entitlement status and provision of paid features
Provision of the referral feature and benefit management
Offering and delivering referral benefits to users who are first to list a new camera model
Usage analytics, error diagnostics, and stability/quality improvement
Notices and customer support

3. On-Device Processing Principle (Images Are Not Transmitted)

Although the App handles a large volume of photos and images by nature of camera tethering, the following data is never transmitted or uploaded to the Developer or any external server and is processed entirely on the user's device.

Thumbnails and preview images
All image-processing results, including film simulation and color adjustments

The App does not rely on any cloud storage for images, and no feature exists to upload photos to a server.

4. App Permissions and Their Purposes

The App uses the following permissions only within their stated purposes.

Location (fine/coarse): Used only to discover cameras wirelessly by scanning nearby Wi-Fi. Android requires location permission for Wi-Fi scanning; this is not real-time GPS tracking, and location data is neither stored nor transmitted.
Wi-Fi/network state and changes: Wireless (PTP/IP) camera connection and discovery.
Media/storage (read images): Saving received photos to the device and displaying them in the gallery.
Foreground service, battery-optimization exemption request, WAKE_LOCK: Uninterrupted photo reception in the background during tethering.
Receive boot completed: Automatic reconnection.
Internet: Wireless connection and service communication (authentication, subscriptions, etc.).
Vibrate: Notification alerts.
Activity recognition, Google Services Framework access: These permissions are declared for Google Play services integration, but the App does not itself collect, use, or transmit any activity or motion data of the user.

5. Automatically Collected Information and How to Opt Out

The App automatically collects standard diagnostic/usage information, such as app usage logs, device information, and crash reports, through the analytics tool (Firebase Analytics). The App does not log any custom events.

The App itself does not provide a separate setting to turn off analytics collection. Users may refuse or limit automatic collection through the following device/operating-system (OS) level measures.

Reset the advertising ID or limit ad personalization in device settings
Uninstall the App to stop further automatic collection

6. Retention Period and Destruction

The Developer, in principle, destroys personal data without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.

Account, subscription, and referral information: Retained until membership withdrawal or an account/data deletion request, and destroyed without delay upon such request.
First-listing records for camera models: Retained until membership withdrawal or an account/data deletion request, and destroyed without delay upon such request. After destruction, the model remains listed with no associated first lister.
Automatically collected diagnostic/usage information: Handled in accordance with the analytics tool's standard retention policy and may not be directly linked to a specific account identifier.
Where retention is required by applicable law, such data is stored separately for the periods required by applicable law (contract or subscription-withdrawal records: 5 years; payment and supply records: 5 years; consumer complaint or dispute records: 3 years) and then destroyed.

Electronic files are deleted in a manner that prevents recovery or reproduction.

7. Provision to Third Parties

The Developer does not sell users' personal data or provide it for advertising purposes. The App does not use any external advertising SDK or data broker. Data may be provided only in exceptional cases permitted by law, such as a lawful request by an investigative authority in accordance with due process.

8. Outsourcing of Data Processing and Payment Processing

The Developer entrusts certain data processing tasks as follows to provide the service.

Google LLC / Firebase
- Authentication (Auth): sign-in and member identification
- Database (Cloud Firestore): storage of subscription/referral and related data
- Analytics: usage statistics and error diagnostics
- Serverless functions (Cloud Functions, region: Seoul/asia-northeast3): server-side processing such as subscription verification

The following items differ in nature from ordinary personal-data processing outsourcing and are therefore described separately.

Cloud Messaging (Firebase Cloud Messaging) SDK: The App includes the notification-related SDK, but the App does not currently actively collect or transmit personal data such as tokens for remote notifications (see Section 1(5)).
Google Play Billing: Subscription payments are processed independently by Google Play; payment method information such as card numbers is handled by Google and is not received or stored by the App.

9. International Transfer of Personal Data

As a result of the above outsourcing, some data may be processed outside the country (including regions operated by Google, such as the United States) while processed on Google infrastructure. Details regarding the international transfer of personal data under the Personal Information Protection Act are as follows.

Transferee: Google LLC (and its affiliates)
Transferee's contact: Google's Privacy Policy and inquiry channels (https://policies.google.com/privacy)
Items transferred: The account, subscription, referral, and diagnostic data described in Section 1
Countries of transfer: The United States and other countries where Google operates
Time and method of transfer: Transferred from time to time over the information and communications network when the user uses the Service (no separate transfer of physical media)
Purpose of use by the transferee: Provision of the services described in this Policy, including authentication, data storage, analytics, and server processing
Retention and use period by the transferee: In line with the retention period in Section 6 of this Policy, until the purpose of the outsourcing is achieved or the outsourcing agreement ends

Users may refuse the international transfer of their personal data. To do so, users may contact us at ppp5544@gmail.com or stop using the Service (withdraw membership); however, if a user refuses the international transfer, all or part of the Service, such as authentication and storage, may be restricted.

10. Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them

Users may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal data. Requests may be made through in-app account settings or via the contact below (email: ppp5544@gmail.com), and the Developer will act without undue delay within the period prescribed by applicable law.

Users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) may have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and may exercise these rights through the same contact.

11. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data through the "Delete account" feature on the in-app settings screen. If the App cannot be opened, a deletion request may be made by email (ppp5544@gmail.com). Upon a deletion request, the following are subject to deletion: account information (email, UID, display name, profile photo URL), subscription status, referral data, first-listing records for camera models, and identifiable usage logs the App retains in association with the account. The Developer processes such requests immediately (without undue delay).

However, the following information may, exceptionally, not be deleted immediately or may be retained for a period.

Anonymous, aggregated usage/diagnostic data automatically collected by the analytics tool is not attributable to a specific account and therefore may not be individually deletable.
Information required to be retained by applicable law, such as Google payment/transaction records, may be exceptionally retained for the relevant period.

12. Security Measures

The Developer implements the following measures to process personal data safely.

Encryption in transit: Communication with servers takes place over encrypted channels such as TLS.
Minimization and control of access privileges: Access to personal data is restricted to the minimum necessary for operations, and access is controlled through administrator authentication.
Use of secure infrastructure: Google/Firebase managed security infrastructure is used for authentication, storage, and communication.
Minimized collection: Only the minimum items necessary to provide the service are collected.
On-device processing: Photos and images are processed only on the device (no external transmission), minimizing the risk of exposure of sensitive data.

13. Personal Data of Children Under 14

The App is not directed to children under the age of 14 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. If such data is found to have been collected, it will be destroyed without delay.
